The Omega Health Care Team consists of the patient and family, physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides, therapists, counselers and volunteers.

Support is provided to the persons loved ones as well.

Omega Health Care believes that emotional and spiritual pain is just as real and in need of attention as physical pain. Counselors, including chaplains, are available to assist family members as well as patients.
